What data this website collects

This website has no forms. The test is calculated in your own browser and your answers aren't sent anywhere unless you tap “Send by email”, which opens your own email app with the answers written.

If you email me (from the “Email me” button or from the test result), I will process your email address, your name and what you write to answer your enquiry and, if you're interested, prepare a proposal or a demo.

Legal basis

Your consent when you message me and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long it's kept

For as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts and, after that, for the time required by law. If we don't end up working together and you ask me to, I'll delete your data.

Who else processes it

• ZostAI's email provider.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and may log technical connection data (such as your IP address) for security.

Cookies and storage

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It only saves the language you choose (Spanish or English) in your browser, to show it to you next time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to contacto@zostai.es. If you think your rights haven't been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
